However, by submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Platas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User-Generated Content and that your submission does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

Platas reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

In no event shall Platas's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
